Our Commitment

At Retailproductor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wall mural, painting, or poster purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. This policy is provided in addition to any statutory rights you may have under French and EU consumer protection laws. We do not limit or waive those statutory rights.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Under French and EU consumer law, you may have additional cancellation rights for distance contracts; where applicable, those statutory deadlines apply in addition to this 30-day voluntary return window. To qualify for a return under this policy:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must not be installed or applied to walls

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized murals made to your specifications
  • Personalized or custom-designed artwork
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the return status within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Do not dispose of damaged items until we provide instructions

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
